Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Mori platform, a service that lets creators publish and sell digital content under their own domain.

Access to the service

The service is currently in private beta. Access may be suspended for maintenance. [RAISON_SOCIALE] strives to keep the service available without guaranteeing it during the beta.

Accounts and content

Each creator retains ownership of the content they publish, warrants holding the necessary rights, and refrains from publishing unlawful content.

Creator data can be exported and deleted from within the platform.

Liability

[RAISON_SOCIALE] is not liable for content published by creators nor for transactions concluded between creators and buyers through their Stripe account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of [RAISON_SOCIALE].
